What is the minimum order? = We fulfil individual orders of any complexity, all from a single location. We are not a toy factory, we are a workshop for the production of exclusive textile products.

Where are you located? = We are based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We ship our products all over the world! We also receive plush patients for treatment from every corner of the globe.)

What size do you make toys? = The recommended minimum toy size is 15 cm. We can create toys from 15 cm to 2.5 meters!

How much do your services cost? = Each of our services is unique! Therefore, the cost of any given request or project is calculated individually, based on its technical specifications.

How can I order a toy? = If you have a prototype of the future product, then we will need to obtain its visualization in some form (picture, still frame, sketch, or hand drawing). If you don't have any sort of visualization, then we will develop a toy design as per your wishes. We also need to obtain some basic initial data: the desired size of the product and preferred date of completion. Work on any project/product starts after a 50% prepayment!

Waiting time? = To design and sew a soft toy to order, we need from 14 to 21 days. Adjustments to this timeframe can be made, depending on the complexity and urgency of its implementation.

How can I order the restoration of a toy? = First, send us a photo of the plush patient, in order to estimate the cost and scope of the work to be done. Send us the toy or drop it off after agreeing on all planned work.
