This time our masters faced a truly challenging task! According to the client's idea, we had to transform a completely flat image in origami style into a three-dimensional and full-fledged soft toy. In addition, such transformations anticipate the development of more than one prototype to perfectly realize this mascot. But, as our chief technologist says - if you do it, don't be afraid, and if you are afraid - don't do it! And so, armed first with a ruler, glue and paper, we started to realize this project. A life-size model of the toy was developed, corrections were made in the necessary areas, and then, out of more than fifty small parts, one elephant in the colors of the corporate symbol was born. Followed by another, but in a more restrained color scheme. Both soft toys are sewn on the same templates, but thanks to the selection of fabric colors and the location of the logo, they look completely different. Since the soft toy was created for a small child, it was important not only to accurately convey the appearance and charisma of the character, but also to use absolutely safe materials for its manufacture. In fact, he is an exclusive handmade gift, recreated as accurately as possible in visual terms and with an incredibly faithful transfer of the character and charisma of the movie hero. In the process of work we have selected materials that very accurately convey the texture of fur, which is always a difficult task. After all, the computer graphics, with the help of which the bear cub's skin was made, and the range of fabrics offered by modern stores are very different. But how could Ted do without his famous gray suit? This could not be allowed! Our best plush couturiers worked on the teddy bear's closet. We took measurements from the finished toy, created a package of molds and a model of the product, purchased high-quality costume fabric. A few try-ons, adjustments and the bear cub received its elegant outfit. Everything in a mature way! That's how, thanks to the tireless hard work of a whole team of professionals, the very movie hero who came off the screen, who had to fulfill a very important mission: to make a dream come true, appeared in front of us. Remember - Art-berloga will gladly make your dreams come true! The incredibly charming and very much loved bunny was handed over to us by the owner with the hope to return the toy to its original state. Of course, we simply could not leave the skin in such a state. After all, the "neck" of the hare appeared from many years of wearing it for this part of the body. Initially, the toy's head sat tightly on the shoulders. To restore the appearance, we selected the most similar in color and texture material, removed the molds of the body, refined and corrected the stretched areas of the pattern and sewed a new blue skin. But that was only half of the job. And not only plush was deformed, but also the rubber part of the toy's face. Here we had only the ingenuity of craftsmen and time to help us. Alignment of the front part lasted about a week on a specially designed for this purpose technology. And as a result - we prolonged the life of the bunny at least twice. He will definitely please more than one generation!

Once again, our attempt to jump above our heads has been crowned with success! Starting to this interior toy and having a mandatory point - height of 150 cm, we understood that the dimensions will be impressive, but we did not expect that Stitch will turn out so huge. But the main task was still in his charming ears. To make them stick up and not fall down under their own weight, we sewed into them a flexible and strong frame, repeating the shape of the part. A strong wooden frame was also placed inside the body to give stability to such a bulky product. The toy took about 15 metres of model fabric, 10 metres of plush, 15 kg of filler, 12 metres of lumber, hundreds of metres of thread and a lot of patience, which was shown by a company of four craftsmen.

The little wind-up bunny is an incredibly cute mechanical toy from the Soviet past. There are very few such toys in working condition left in the post-Soviet space and in the world at large, so the mission to bring the bunny back to life became especially important for us. First of all, the drum, skin and costume had to be removed from the metal mechanism to clean them from a half-century layer of dust. By the way - the old plush was completely faded and worn out in some places, so we had to resort to re-lining some parts. The suit was also not left without attention, we dry-cleaned it and also duplicated the inside to prevent the fabric from falling apart. We also reinforced each seam of the jumpsuit with reinforced thread. The drum suffered a special fate - not only was it cleaned, but also painted with a special spray paint for plastic. Now it is snow-white again, as it was once before. As for the winding mechanism itself, it had to be well lubricated with machine oil, check the efficiency and only then put back on the skin and overalls. The bunny became much younger and from day to day pleases its new owners with melodious drumming.
